1. Expiration Time Calculation

The expiration period does not begin counting until the serial number is registered/activated for the first time. If purchased but not yet registered/activated, no expiration time will be calculated.

Example: A user purchases a 3-year serial number on June 20, 2025, but does not register/activate it until September 1, 2025. The expiration period will start from September 1, 2025, and expire on September 1, 2028.

2. Can Registered/Activated Product Key Pause Timing?

We regret to inform you that timing cannot be paused for registered/activated product key. The expiration date is permanently set upon initial registration/activation.
